The largest international nutrition conference, International Conference on Adaptations and Nutrition in Sports (ICANS) will be held in Singapore during 19 – 21 July 2023. This is the fourth congress and is expected to attract more than 1000 participants around the world. The conference will have symposiums related to sports nutrition aiming to bring the latest discovery related to how exercise training and nutrition improves human performance, metabolic condition, and aging.
