We look forward to welcoming you to the International Conference on Adaptations and Nutrition in Sports (ICANS 2023) in Singapore during July 19-21, 2023. This is the fourth congress of the Asian Nutrition Society for Sports and Health (ANSSH), jointly organized with the International Society of Adaptive Medicine (ISAM) and supported by the Asian Society of Kinesiology (ASK). It will bring together leading scientists of the world to share knowledge in sports nutrition, adaptations and muscle dynamics. More than one thousand scientists and students from Asia and around the world are expected to participate in ICANS 2023. Other stakeholders from population health, public life and industry are also welcome. The main theme of this conference, one of the largest biennial academic international conferences of ANSSH, is Maximising Human Potential in a Changing World. The conference will have several Plenary Lectures, Highlighted Symposia, Free Communications and Poster Presentations as well as competitions, to share the latest knowledge in sport nutrition, medicine, and exercise training science. There will be many opportunities and functions to provide for social interactions and networking for the participants.
